Can I purchase other VAT free and postage free products from you?

YES! All Harley-Davidson, Buell, Ducati and Aprilia products as we are fully franchised for all of these manufacturers. Great savings for example on Ducati Termignoni exhausts.

How can you guarantee a VAT free price, saving me 17.5%? Won't I have to pay on delivery/collection?

In the United Kingdom some items, for example, 'T-Shirts' at £17.95 are below the required VAT level. In other cases you may be required to pay some VAT on collection. If you do have to pay VAT on any "Guernsey Harley-Davidson" or "Offshore Motorcycle Parts" product simply faxing the VAT receipt will ensure that we re-credit your account.

Customers outside of the UK will not benefit from our VAT free offer. You will be responsible for any sales tax, VAT and import duties. Neither Guernsey Harley-Davidson or Offshore Motorcycle Parts will refund any taxes to non-UK delivery addresses or non-UK credit card addresses.

Can I order parts that are not listed in the catalogue?

Yes various engine parts or seasonal clothing may not be listed but can be ordered by part number on our direct phone hotline. Please see the contacts section. Payment can be made by cheque, postal order or credit card. No items will be dispatched without receiving cleared funds.

What happens if I order the wrong part?

If the part and packaging are still in prime resalable condition we will refund and re-order for you.

I live outside of the UK how much import duty will I be required to pay?

You will need to contact your country's authorities and enquire with them. In many countries we expect that you can still make a significant saving.

How much will I have to pay for post and packaging if I live outside the UK?

We have many thousands of items listed and they will all be different amounts to post. Please call us for an approximate cost. This may be slightly more or less than the exact amount but it will be an amount that we agree on beforehand and prior to processing your order.

How can I pay for goods?

 We accept the majority of credit cards (Amex not accepted) or you can send , cheque or postal order to our address. PAYPAL is now accepted but only by sending your order and payment to ompguernsey@cwgsy.net. PAYPAL is not available through the checkout process.

Are there any shipping costs?

 For shipment to the British Isles there are no extra charges. Other countries - prices will be agreed on application.

How long does my order take to process?

Visor orders are usually dispatched within 48hrs of receiving payment etc, unless we are waiting to receive a delivery, in which case you will have been notified of a possible delay when you placed your order. All other orders will take approximately 2 weeks. If, after 21 days, you have still not received your order please call us.

Are the products genuine?

 YES - ALL of our products are genuine parts and accessories.

How do I fit and clean my visor?

 When fitting visors please be precise . do not use force, as this could twist the visor out of shape. If in doubt ask - we are only too pleased to help. Clean visors with care - luke warm water with a little mild detergent. Do not use sponges as they are abrasive and will damage visors - clean with soft cloth - rinse - and dry with soft cloth (ie glass cloth etc). Remember - with a little care your visor will last. Do not use any polish or solvent on the visors.
